【獅子也累了....】

繼續延續前幾篇的話題，Lionel Sanders也進入大休了，
他在IG上的PO文也提到了一句『Now it’s time for some off-time to let the body recuperate!』更驗證了這狂人也累了，也要跟Daniela Ryf一樣，進季休了

其實從他賽事影片前段，聽他說明就可知道，他騎車時明明跟Joe Skipper與Sam Long兩個單車頂尖的人幾乎同時出發，但卻沒打算跟他們拼，只打算專注在自己配速與補給上，這不是他的風格啊。

而即使單車整段功率298w （不確定AP or NP）是他自認一年來最好狀態，但最後一小時功率只剩230-240w，這樣的話表示他在三小時後就撞牆了，而且也能反推，他前面應該是配到310-320w，三小時後掉了快100w，是很誇張的衰退幅度。加上我粗估他FTP在400-420w間，你可想像他最後一小時只剩60%不到的能力，是蠻慘的狀態。

不過跑步還是不受影響，這個到底怎麼辦到啊？

總之，他講話的語調也很平靜，中段也提到不去比California了（我猜是IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside），因為他自己認為已失去競爭意識（Competitive），還有要連賽當然沒問題，但這樣不好玩了（影片8:50處）。

聽到這真是心有慼慼焉，過度密集的出賽，其實是在燃燒對這份運動的熱情，始終帶著疲勞上陣，一直撐著，賽後的心理反而比身理狀態更加累人。

總之，今年的賽事大亂，真的很考驗選手的調整，但好在我沒這困擾，因為都沒比賽呢............（苦笑～）

另外這次Mr.Giraffe Delivery的包裝亦會以速遞箱的概念，箱子內除了有arttoy本體，還有三款不同的單品，隨機附送一款，增加驚喜感覺。「速遞包」將於9月25號晚上10:00pm Mr.Giraffe社交媒體公開發售，有興趣的讀者可以密切留意！

By combining elements such as the main street and the main city, we hope to rediscover the life attitude of urban people. The designer said, "The epidemic has made us experience the feeling of combat power, so we let Mr. Giraffe put on a backpack, put on headphones and step on a skateboard to recreate a vibrant Mr. Giraffe."

In addition, the packaging of this product will also adopt the concept of express box. In the box, you will receive the Art Toy body and three different items. We will also randomly include another one-hope to add surprises to you. Mr.Giraffe’s social media will also release the "Express Package" on September 25th 10:00pm . If you are interested, you can pay close attention!

一部戲好不好看，除了劇情好不好，身為音樂人當然覺得貫穿整齣戲的音樂才是靈魂所在，有時候就算戲不好看，但是如果有好的配樂，就會在觀眾腦海中留下深刻的印象。

不多暴雷～鬼怪的劇情就是很千篇一律的愛情故事，從頭到尾看男女主角愛得揪心哭得虐心，不過這部戲最厲害的還是OST，特別是這首曾經空降美國Billboard，也拿下2017年的韓語年度單曲TOP10冠軍《Stay With Me》，旋律既悲傷卻又帶有希望（？），希望大家喜歡這首燒進大家心裡韓劇必聽歌曲！

I finally decided to edit and upload my Twitch stream VODs. Thanks to the pandemic I have lot more time and lot less income.🥲 I can't really upgrade my PC nor PS4 so the video quality might not be very good. I hope you don't mind!
