仔仔唔經唔覺1歲喇！仲記得1年前呢個時期係拍緊<煮吧！換左我阿媽>，好掛住個節目嘅所有野呀！
望返呢1年，其實好感恩。可以參與ViuTV開台，喺拍唔同嘅節目學到同埋識到好多勁人勁嘢。又可以同自己一直好鍾意嘅品牌合作(多謝D客咁錫我)！更加唔少得可以同國際知名嘅主持一齊介紹香港！

Our son just had his first birthday. I year ago he was born during the filming of Changing Mama and what a wonderful year it has been!!
This year I was able to work with brands that I am a fan of that have have such significant meaning in my upbringing. I was able to be part of an exciting television channel launch that produces entertainment that really speaks into the lives of HK people. I was able to work with international television legends and world class chefs that represent Hong Kong in all this beautiful city has to offer.
What I had really been able to do this year is fall in love with Hong Kong all over again. It has grown to become a city that is rich in art and celebrates its identity.
Thank you all who believe in me and bring opportunities beyond what I could ever dream. Thank you all who visit my page to support our efforts. Thank you all for stopping to say hi to me in the street. Thank you to the directors, producers and crews that are so kind to me and accepting of all my strengths and weaknesses.
September will have some exciting programs coming. Discovery TLC will air The Taste of Hong Kong and ViuTv will air Go Green and continue to air 三一如三.
