An avid fan of Wanton Mee, Mr Luo started Belly Lucky Noodle and prides himself on the fact that all his ingredients (except the noodles) are handmade! Mr Luo freshly roasts fatty Char Siew daily, using a premium cut of ‘Bu Jian Tian’ (which he translates to ‘No See Sky’) pork. Mr Luo explained that this cut is from the pig’s armpit. The well-marinated meat was tender, juicy and flavoursome.
Mr Luo only sells dumplings as he feels that with Wantons, it is hard to pack them to the brim. Belly Lucky Noodle’s dumplings are filled generously with good quality ingredients such as Sua Lor (Metapenaeus Ensis), water chestnuts, minced meat and mushrooms. What I thought was interesting was the Miso soup base! While dining at a Chinese Restaurant in Tokyo, Mr Luo fell in love with their dumplings in Miso Soup, and decided to recreate it. This is not the conventional Wanton Mee you would typically get, but it’s definitely worth a try!

Indian sister had Sushi in Asakusa, the restaurant called Hisaichi.They really enjoyed it :)

あのつけ麺、小金井のお店に初訪問！東京都小金井市『大勝軒小金井』に初訪問してきました。つけ麺の発祥は“ラーメンの神様”と呼ばれ、“ラーメンの鬼”佐野実氏が唯一尊敬する人物と公言していた山岸一雄氏によるもの、というのが定説だそうです。こちらは氏が創業した「大勝軒」の暖簾分け店であり、その精神を受け継いだ一杯が味わえます。美味しく頂きましたので早速ご覧ください！

First visit to that Tsukemen shop in Koganei! I visited "Taishoken Koganei" in Koganei City, Tokyo for the first time. It is said that the origin of tsukemen is called "the god of ramen" and that it is due to Mr. Kazuo Yamagishi, who was professed to be the only person whom "ramen demon" Minoru Sano respects. This shop is a warm-up restaurant of "Taishoken", which he founded, and you can enjoy a cup that inherits that spirit. It was delicious so please have a look!

名前を変えても美味しさは変わらないあの人気店に久しぶりの訪問！東京都小金井市『つばき食堂(旧店名ラーメンショップ椿)』に伺いました。お店は武蔵小金井駅から約2km。名前が新しく変わりましたが、お店の味・美味しさは変わらず相変わらずの人気ぶりが伺えました。楽しみに伺いましたので早速ご覧ください！

It's been a while since I visited that popular restaurant whose deliciousness doesn't change even if I change the name! We visited "Tsubaki Shokudo (former store name Ramen Shop Tsubaki)" in Koganei City, Tokyo. The shop is about 2km from Musashi-Koganei Station. Although the name has changed, the taste and deliciousness of the restaurant has not changed, and we can see how popular it is. I'm looking forward to it, so please have a look!

肉寿司の食べ放題も！極上なのにリーズナブルな肉料理を爆食！東京都渋谷区恵比寿『よしにく EBISU NIKU BAR』に伺いました。こちらは国産黒毛和牛の様々な部位（ハラミやホルモン、タンもあり）から馬肉までバリエーション豊かな肉を揃えており、肉寿司やステーキ、炙りタタキなど多彩なメニューで堪能できるお店です。和牛の中でも特にA5、A4ランクの雌牛（未経産牛。より柔らかい肉質が特徴）にこだわって提供！ちなみに雌牛は雄牛よりもキメ細やかな肉質のため美しいサシが入るそう。オレイン酸をより多く含んだ肉は旨みがとても強く、サシの溶ける温度が低いため口溶けがよく胃もたれしにくいそうです。そんな最高級和牛がリーズナブルに食べられるのはかなりの魅力！また、動画内でご紹介している「肉寿司」食べ放題＆飲み放題がついて5,000円（肉寿司のみ食べ放題3,500円もあり飲）のコースもかなりの人気だそうです（詳しくはHPをご覧ください）。！

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of meat from various parts of domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef (including Harami, hormones, and tongue) to horse meat, and you can enjoy a variety of menus such as meat sushi, steak, and roasted tataki. Among Japanese beef, we are particular about A5 and A4 rank cows (heifers, which are characterized by softer meat quality). Cows have a finer meat quality than bulls, so they contain beautiful sashimi. Meat that contains plenty of oleic acid has a very strong taste, and the temperature at which the sashimi melts is low, so it melts in the mouth and does not cause stomach upset. It is a big attraction that you can eat such finest Wagyu beef at a reasonable price!
