【英語窄式學習教材、有聲書推薦: 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos】

最近有本火紅的書叫 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos ⟪生存的十二條法則：解決混亂的靈藥⟫，眾多教授、西方知識型網紅新聞記者大推。作者Jordan B Peterson 被譽為 21世紀最重要的思想家之一，在這本書中向我們建議了改善人生、進而讓社會世界更好的 12 項法則，其中提供了很多的建議給很多管理者、老師、父母親。我們就一起來看看吧！
【Rule 1】 Stand up straight with your shoulders back 站直、抬頭挺胸
【Rule 2】 Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping 善待自己，就如同善待那些你有責任幫助的人
【Rule 3】 Make friends with people who want the best for you 結交那些希望你變得更好的朋友
【Rule 4】 Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today 跟昨天的自己比，而非跟今天的別人比
【Rule 5】 Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them 別讓孩子做出讓你討厭他們的事情
【Rule 6】 Set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world 批評世界之前，先整理好自己的房間
【Rule 7】 Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient) 做有意義的事情 (而非追求自利而便宜行事)
【Rule 8】 Tell the truth--or, at least, don't lie (說實話，或至少不要說謊)
【Rule 9】 Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don't (假設你所聆聽的對象，可能知道些你不知道的事
【Rule 10】 Be precise in your speech 說話要精準

【Rule 12】 Pet a cat when you encounter one on the street 在路上遇到貓時，記得摸一摸
