Today's lunch at Kantin Bakut, Tuaran. Haven't been here for awhile. Had Fried Tom Yam Tuaran Mee with Seafood 😋. The Buko Pandan RM5.50 was good 👍🏻 and of course can't miss Kopi Botol 🤤🤤🤤

I didn't know @cherryrestaurantinanam has vegetarian options too. From the ala carte menu:
1) Curry Mock Lamb (vegetarian) - this is so yummeh, can't get enough, I think i can eat just this with rice 🤣🤣
2) Crispy Mee Sua Mock Prawn (vegetarian) - the outer layer was still crunchy when it's in room temperature, wish there's mushroom inside.
Other choices from the menu (seafood):-
3&5) Tuaran Mee - taste good, if only the noodles a bit more charred, I would totally love it.
4&5) Tom Yam Prawn 🦐 Soup - might be a bit spicy for some, soury and a bit sweet.
6) Deep Fried Tausa Bun - the tausa inside, so smooth 😋. This is how I like the tausa, I didn't like the thick hardened type.

*mee tuaran
*bawang merah dan bawang putih
*telur
*sayur sawi
*fishcake
*udang

Cara-cara
-gorengkan mee tuaran dengan minyak hingga warna sedikit kecoklatan
-tumis bawang putih dan merah
-masukkan udang
-masukkan fishcake
-masukkan sayur sawi
-masukkan telur
-tambah sedikit air
-masukkan mee tuaran yang sudah digoreng tadi
-gaul sebati kan hingga mee jadi lembut
-taburkan maggi cukup rasa
-siap dan hidang
