【食材】
A、 水煮鮪魚罐頭 (品牌:Captain's Catch)
1 can of albacore tuna in water, drained & broken up
B、兩根小黃瓜切片
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
C、半罐玉米粒
0.5 can of corn
D、初榨椰子油1湯匙
(品牌:聖馬羅 @stmalo_tw )
Virgin Coconut oil 1tbsp
E、水煮蛋一顆切碎
1 boiled egg, peeled and chopped
F、蜂蜜0.5湯匙
Honey 0.5tbsb
G、黃芥末醬1湯匙
1 spoon Dijon mustard
H、黑胡椒適量
Ground pepper
I、 兩片麥香土司(品牌:全聯)
2 slices wheat toasts
J、一片低脂起司(品牌:快樂牛)
1 slice Happy Cow low fat cheese
K、檸檬半顆
Lime Juice
L、無糖優格一大匙
1 tbsp sugar free yogurt 。
【做法】
1. 把鮪魚罐頭的水瀝掉備用
2. 小黃瓜用鹽醃30分鐘去除多餘水分
3. 把A~H&L全部放進容器裡拌勻
4. 拌勻後淋上些許檸檬汁(tips:這是重要的加分調味料!)
5. 放入冰箱冷藏一晚
6. 隔天要吃時把全麥吐司烤的酥脆快好時放入起司讓起司融化
7. 在吐司夾入鮪魚沙拉
8. 可以開心享用囉!

1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
