科隆的阿扮島看海牛阿扮旁邊都會有警察監督, 每次潛水客與警察比例4-6：1, 每次30分鐘；如果幸運, 會多給10-15分鐘看到爽。每位300Php海牛保家衛國税。

Not I don’t keep distance, Dugong Aban kept choosing his feeding path towards me. It’s one funny picture that either I was trying to avoid the LOVE contact or I was being pulled out by the dugong police. 😅

If you are coming to Aban Aban Island to check out this dugong named Aban whom is a guaranteed deal (for now), you will need to be accompanied by dugong inspectors or we call them dugong policemen. Ratio is 4-6 divers to 1 inspector. Bottom time is 30mins. If they like you better, they will give you extra 10-15 mins 😙. TAX/Dugong protection and conservation fee is 300php/person.
