🇬🇧I’ve heard about the cafe @unbirthdaycafe for so long. Just knew that they also have the pound birthday cake as well. Here I order “Victoria Sponge Cake” - basically a vanilla sponge cake with berry jam and clotted cream filling in the middle. It’s Queen Victoria’s favorite so it’s named Victoria Sponge cake! I think the texture is good, soft and moist but it’s not as aromatic as Japanese cheesecake (though they really look alike!) @sugarcraver

🇹🇭เราได้ยินชื่อคาเฟ่นี้ @unbirthdaycafe มานานนนแต่ยังไม่มีโอกาสได้ไปซะที จนเพิ่งมารู้ว่าเค้าขายเค้กปอนด์สำหรับวันเกิดด้วยจ้า เราเลยลองสั่ง “วิคตอเรีย สปันจ์ เค้ก” - หรือคือเค้กวานิลาสปันจ์ ที่ตรงกลางมีแยมเบอร์รี่และคลอทเท็ดครีมจ้า ชื่อวิคตอเรียนี่มาจากการที่ควีนวิคตอเรียของอังกฤษชอบกินเค้กนี้มาก หลังจากนั้นเค้กนี่ก็ได้ชื่อนี้และกลายเป็นเค้กที่คนอังกฤษนิยมกินกับชานั่นเอง เราว่าเค้กเทกซ์เจอร์ดี นุ่มและไม่แห้ง แต่เราว่ามันอาจจะไม่ได้หอมขนาดนั้นถ้าเทียบกับ ชีสเค้กสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น (ที่หน้าตาคล้ายกันมากกกสุดๆ) แล้วแต่คนชอบเลยยย @sugarcraver
