7 LANGKAH MUDAH URUT BAYI BARU LAHIR
---------------------------------------
Ibu masih ingat lagi posting Kak Ekin sebelum ni. Yang mana kekerapan sentuhan ke atas bayi dapat bantu rangsang otak mereka. Bukan ibu saja perlu berurut masa pantang, bayi pon digalakkan untuk berurut sama. Nak join venture katanya.
Yela, si comel kita tu kan belum pandai duduk berdiri semua. Yang dia boleh buat cuma baring saja kan. Bila baring je pon badan mudah sakit sebab tiap sendi dan tulang bayi tu kurang bergerak.
Sebab tu juga bayi perlukan urutan untuk melegakan tubuh badan dia yang comel tu. Nak urut pun ada caranya tau.
Jadi sebelum mulakan urutan, ibu boleh buat sedikit persediaan seperti :-
+ Sediakan kain atau tuala nipis yang lembut untuk baringkan bayi ketika berurut.
+ Pastikan suhu bilik sesuai dengan bayi, tidak terlalu panas atau terlampau sejuk.
+ Tanggalkan pakaian bayi dan biarkan dia memakai lampin pakai buang sahaja.
+ Boleh tuam kaki dan berikan sedikit regangan supaya bayi bersedia dan tidak terkejut ketika hendak diurut nanti.
+ Sediakan juga minyak yang sesuai untuk mengurut bayi. Untuk bayi yang baru lahir, Kak Ekin cadangkan boleh pakai minyak zaitun atau minyak kelapa dara.
Bayi yang baru lahir ni kan mempunyai kulit yang nipis dan sensitif, jadi perlu lah menggunakan minyak yang tidak panas.
+ Pastikan kuku ibu pendek supaya tidak mencederakan bayi ketika proses mengurut dilakukan.
+ Sapu rata minyak tadi bermula dari kaki kemudian badan dan akhir sekali perut. Ini baru sapu tau, belum urut lagi.
Langkah dan cara-cara untuk mengurut ada di setiap gambar di bawah. Lebih jelas dan mudah untuk ibu praktikkan nanti.

This newborn baby has a thin and sensitive skin, so need to use oil that is not hot.
+ make sure mom's nails are short not to hurt the baby when the massage process is done.

Here are more ideas on the ingredients you can use:
• VEGETABLES – Beets, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, celery, ginger, corn, avocado, scallions, spinach, arugula, basil, watercress, lettuce.
• FRUITS – Mango, watermelon, peaches, cherries, strawberries, apples, papaya, cantaloupe
• CREAMINESS – Yoghurt, silken tofu, milk or almond / cashew nuts.
• ZEST – Add fresh citrus juice (lemon or lime) or a dash of vinegar for a better, more complex flavour.
• RICHNESS – Add a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil. Avoid coconut oil, which will harden if cold.
• FULLNESS – Add beans such as black beans, white beans, chickpeas, lentils and more to make it a filling meal.
• EXTRA KICK – Cayenne, minced jalapeños, garlic cloves, chilli, harissa, sriracha, tabasco or paprika.
• TEXTURE – Pulse very quickly if you like chunky soups or blend until smooth.

1) 4 cups Cucumber, roughly chopped – 64Cals

*Option: Parsley or Coriander

- No cooking required! Add all the ingredients into the blender and just blend it up. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
