Do you use pork lard in your kitchen? Recent studies have shown it is actually not harmful to health. We use a variety of E...xtra Virgin olive oil, coconut oil and camellia oil ( 苦茶油)for everyday cooking. Pork lard is our indulgence once in a while. It will give a distinctive aroma that no other oil can replace in Chinese cooking.
Today signature fried noodles was done by my hubby. ❤️❤️❤️ He added pineapple and Chinese rice wine to 'cut' the greasiness. The result was a tasty noodles with sweetness burst out from the caramelised pineapple cubes! 🍍🍍🍍
- Fried Yellow Noodles w Pineapple
- Sunny Side Up
- Homemade Organic Black Soya Milk
( 70% black soya milk and 30% soya beans )
The seasoning of the noodles are:
- 2 tbsp of sweet dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of salty dark soya sauce
- a touch of fish sauce ( it was missed out so was added separately as shown in the video )
- mix all the above well with a bowl of hot water
- some Chinese rice wine
You may add more seasoning if you are cooking just for adults.

今天早上,又很幸运地请到父皇来御膳房帮忙。今天做的是猪油黄梨炒面。在中式料理中,猪油的效果实在无可取代。日常御膳房料理,一般使用初榨橄榄油、苦茶油和椰子油。偶尔使用猪油。
父王解释说,在炒面中加入了米酒和黄梨,能減少油腻感,炒出来的效果是很香,但不是太油腻,而且微焦的黄梨咬到时迸出鲜甜,好好吃的。
- 猪油黄梨炒面
- 太阳蛋
- 自制有机黑豆浆 ( 70%黑豆,30%黄豆)
炒面的调味
- 2汤匙甜黑酱油
- 1汤匙咸黑酱油
- 少许魚露 ( 影片中忘了加,炒时才补上)
以上全部加1碗热水搅拌均匀
- 白米酒少许
如果只有大人食用,其实调味可以下重手一点啦。

200g strained soy yogurt→use it cold
35g agave syrup
*(or 30g sugar)
80g coconut oil
*(Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract when using non-scented coconut oil)
250g strawberries

This is a special recipe I curated for the body builders out there promising delicious meal while keeping the calories under control. Give it a go and share your comments down below.
Recipe:
Free Range whole Chicken, butterfly
Season chicken with salt pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
Marination:
- 2tbsp yellow mustard
- 2tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1tbsp fresh rose mary, chopped
- 1/2tbsp turmeric powder
- 1tbsp smoked paprika
Marinade chicken throughout and let it be for 30mins or 1 hour or even overnight in chiller for maximum flavour and tenderness.
Roasted root veggies:
- carrot, big chunks
- cauliflower, big chunks
- red onions, quartered & plugged
- salt & pepper
That’s it, as simple as that. Follow the way I roast them and these are techniques chefs keep it as a secret to get maximum flavour, crispy skin and tasty af with simple ingredients and NO MSG!! Get in the kitchen fellas’ Happy Cooking!
