Tak sempat nak makan heavy time sibuk kerja? Sometimes, makan blueberries je untuk alas perut. Tak nak makan blueberries saja, normally akan makan dengan roti, waffle, yogurt ataupun buat smoothie. Memang mengenyangkan dan berkhasiat. Sibuk kerja pun, pemakanan dan kesihatan kena jaga. Superfood!
