In conjunction with Olympics opening yesterday, I decided to make a champ breakfast !! I call this Olympic pancake :). It's made with sourdough discard (cause we are all into #sustainability and #wastagereduction), and topped with banana and blueberries( cause they pretty and clean), and honey drizzle with honey comb (cause they fancy looking ), and cover it with shaved parmesan blanket (cause this sweet savoury combo is da bomb! Besides.. why not?)
