=================================
今日は“Let's go!”
--------------------------------------------------
1) Let's hit the ____
--------------------------------------------------
Let's hit the beach.
Let's hit the gym.
Let's hit the mall.
や“Let's hit Disneyland.”、“Let's hit Hawaii.” その他、「仕事に行きます」を“I'm going to hit work.”
は“Let's hit the road.”
<例文>
Let's hit the gym after work today.
It's a beautiful day today. We should hit the pool later.
Are you guys ready? Alright, let's hit the road!
--------------------------------------------------
2) Let's roll/bounce
--------------------------------------------------
“Let's roll.” の組み合わせだけで使用するため、“He rolled to school.(彼は学校へ行きました)”や“I'm rolling to the park.(公園に行きます)”のように使うことはできません。 と相手に確認するような状況では、“roll”を使って“Are you guys ready to roll?” “Let's roll.”と“Are you guys ready to roll?”、二つのパターンを覚えておけばバッチリです。
<例文>
Is everyone in the car? Alright, let's roll.
We need to leave for the airport soon. Are you guys ready to roll?
Are you guys done eating? Cool, let's bounce.
--------------------------------------------------
3) Let's get out of here
--------------------------------------------------
“Let's get out of here.”
<例文>
It's way too noisy here. Let's get out of here.
It's a 45-minute wait. Let's get out of here.
Let's just get one drink and get out of here.
--------------------------------------------------
4) Let's head out
--------------------------------------------------
は“What time should we head out?”、「8時に出発しよう」は“Let's head out at 8.”
<例文>
We're heading out first thing in the morning tomorrow.
Is everyone packed up? Let's head out.
I'm going to head out. See you guys later.

You need a mental-fitness regimen.

What steps should you include in your mental-fitness regimen? Here is advice from the experts.
1️⃣Make sleep nonnegotiable.
Most adults need 7-8 hours of quality sleep. “Following a consistent sleep-wake schedule sends a powerful signal to the brain that the world is safe and secure, which can help reduce anxiety and foster resilience. Setting a consistent wake-up time, counting backward to determine when to go to bed, and creating a relaxing wind-down routine, starting an hour before bedtime.”
2️⃣Set a routine.
Get up at the same time each day. Get dressed! Create a morning ritual—many people write in a journal or set an intention for the day, although just drinking coffee in the same chair works. (I drink a large glass of water first thing, then a cup of coffee, and play with my dog.) Eat meals and exercise at set times. This helps create a sense of predictability in a world that feels out of control.
3️⃣Watch your language.
The words we use to talk to ourselves color our outlook. So try to replace “hot” language with “cooler” language. (“This is a challenge but I can handle it,” not “I’m overwhelmed.”) And stop “shoulding” yourself. (“I would like to…” not “I should.”) A simple language change can influence our feelings and, subsequently, our actions.

When Everyone is Looking for You
“Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there. Simon and those who were with him followed after him; and they found him, and told him, “Everyone is looking for you.”” (Mark 1:35-37 WEB)
“Everyone is looking for you.” What a stressful statement.
It’s so easy to fall into demand-consciousness when it feels like everyone needs a piece of you.
It’s as if you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders and if you disappear, everything will come crashing down.
I’m not saying that the needs aren’t urgent or real—there were many people who needed healing and deliverance from Jesus. However, it is so important to do what Jesus did.
He prepared for the challenges of ministry by spending time with God alone. He sat at His Father’s feet.
Jesus took that precious time to recharge and refresh Himself, to receive the abundant supply from the Father.
“As they went on their way, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. She had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.” Jesus answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”” (Luke 10:38-42 WEB)
When you rush headlong into the daily grind of life, you’ll be more likely to burn out, get angry and mess up. Like Martha, you’ll see only the demands and not the supply.
Be like Mary, and choose to rest at Jesus’ feet and listen to His words first—this is the one thing you should not neglect.
Then, being fully conscious of the grace that’s available to you, go out and do your work. You’ll find yourself being more effective, energetic, and guided by God’s wisdom.
Mary had work to do as well. But she choose to work out of rest. Martha chose to deny herself from both inward and physical rest until her work was done—no wonder she felt so frustrated and angry. Martha was serving out of emptiness and relying on her fleshly strength, not in the strength of the Lord.
““Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
Take your time to receive God’s grace and favor every morning. Confess that because you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, all of God’s blessings are “Yes” and “Amen” for you.
See that God’s kingdom is within you—the Holy Spirit will lead and supply you with the desire and ability to fulfill God’s purposes. You have everything you need, and nothing is lacking.
If you skip this important step, you’re setting yourself up for a bad day. Demand-consciousness can set in very quickly because it is the natural tendency of the flesh.
In a world where it is easy to worry about many things, where it feels like everyone is looking to take from you, prioritize the one needful thing—focus on Jesus and receive from Him first. Everything else will be settled, God will make sure of that!
