おばけのかくれんぼカップケーキ
6個分
材料:
◼︎かぼちゃのカップケーキ
かぼちゃ(皮と種を取り除き、ひと口大に切る) 100g
ホットケーキミックス 150g
卵 1個
砂糖 大さじ2
無塩バター(溶かす) 50g
牛乳 70ml
◼︎バタークリーム&紫芋クリーム
無塩バター(室温に戻す) 100g
粉糖 200g
水 大さじ1/2
紫芋パウダー 大さじ1
◼︎中に詰めるお菓子
ゼリービーンズ お好みで
◼︎トッピング
バタークリーム、紫芋クリーム、チョコレート、チョコペン(白)、チョコペン(茶)、チョコチップ、ココアビスケットなど
作り方:
1. オーブンは180℃に余熱しておく。
2. 耐熱容器にかぼちゃを入れ、ふんわりラップをかけて、600Wの電子レンジ3分ほど加熱する。熱いうちにマッシャーで潰し、粗熱を取る。
3. ボウルに卵、牛乳、砂糖を入れて泡立て器でよく混ぜ、溶かしバターを少しずつ加えながら混ぜる。(2)を加えてよく混ぜ、ホットケーキミックスを加えて粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜる。
4. マフィン型に(3)を等分に流し入れ、180℃のオーブンで20分焼く。中心に竹串を刺してドロッとした生地が付かなければ焼き上がり。ケーキクーラーの上に置いて冷ます。
5. (4)のカップケーキの中心を金口でくり抜き、中にゼリービーンズを詰め、くり抜いたケーキで蓋をする。
6. バタークリームを作る。ボウルにバターを入れ、電動ミキサーでクリーム状になるまで泡立てる。粉糖を3回に分けて加え、その都度よく混ぜる。
7. 水を少しずつ加えてなめらかにする。
8. (7)の半量を別のボウルに取り、紫芋パウダーを加えてよく混ぜる。
9. おばけカップケーキを作る。(5)にバタークリームをうず巻き状に絞り、チョコペンでおばけの顔を描く。
10. モンスターカップケーキを作る。(5)に紫芋クリームを絞り、ココアビスケットをのせ、ホワイトチョコペンとチョコチップでモンスターの顔を描く。
11. 完成!

Halloween Cupcakes
Makes 6 cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Cupcakes
100 grams pumpkin, peeled and diced
1 large egg
70 milliliters milk
2 tablespoons sugar
50 grams unsalted butter, melted
150 grams pancake mix
White & Purple Buttercream Frostings
100 grams unsalted butter, room temprature
200 grams powdered suger
½ tablespoon water
1 tablespoon purple yam powder
For Decoration
Jelly beans
Chocolate sandwich cookies
Melted white chocolate
Mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Add the pumpkin to a medium bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, until tender.
Mash the pumpkin, then set aside to cool.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the egg, milk, and sugar, and whisk well. Add the melted butter in 2 additions and whisk to combine. Add the mashed pumpkin and whisk well, then add the pancake mix and whisk to incorporate.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut off.
Pipe the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
Bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Make the buttercream: In a medium bowl, beat the butter with an electric hand mixer until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined, then add the water and beat until smooth.
Transfer half of the buttercream to another bowl. Add the purple yam powder and mix well.
Transfer the buttercreams to 2 piping bags or zip-top bags with a corner snipped off.
Use a piping tip to hollow out the center of each cupcake. Add jelly beans to the centers and re-cover with the punched-out pieces of cake.
Make monster cupcakes: Pipe purple buttercream onto 3 of the cupcakes. Top each with a chocolate sandwich cookie. Pipe 2 dollops of melted white chocolate onto the cookie and top with chocolate chips for eyes.
Make ghost cupcakes: Pipe white buttercream onto 3 of the cupcakes. Decorate with chocolate chips to make ghost faces.

2. Gently heat the cream and corn syrup until the cream begins to steam and barely come to a simmer.
3. Pour the cream mixture over the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in pinch salt, if desired.
5. Place chocolate glaze in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes before dripping over the finished cake.

We don't have a custom to hold a baby shower party or make a gender reveal sweet in Japan, but I made this cake for those who requested ;)
If you think the butter cream is too heavy, you can of course use whipped cream (make shortcake) instead!

((EASY Butter Cream))
1. Cream the butter with an electric mixer until white and fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar and milk, then mix together until mixed and fluffy.
3. Transfer 1/3 of the butter cream in a new bowl and add blue or pink icing gel color.
((Decoration))
Put fruit and colored butter cream between the sponge cake layers. Cover with white butter cream and garnish with toppings of your choice.
