This is the Wholewheat/ wholemeal Bread that never turn hard. I made this using Flour Gelatinised Method, added Blue Jacket Wholewheat Flour. It is not super fluffy like the white bread BUT it stay soft and fragrant for at least 5 days. And that's the reason why I baked this bread to be packed in my boy's snack box last week on school excursion day and recess. 收了五天都不会变硬的全麦面包。加了水手牌全粒粉,口感的确很好!
