今日去中環 #flexstudiohk 上 #XtendBarre 課程,呢種集合芭蕾舞及Pilates於一身的塑身運動,連Madonna都有玩。好在我有少少芭蕾舞底子,尚算跟得到,但跟唔足也不怕,跟住拍子做cardio係一樣爆汗!我記得N年前買過隻DVD係"New York City Ballet Workout",兩者有少少相似,不過 Xtend Barre 會用幾款工具,包括扶手杆、彈力球、彈力繩、瑜伽墊及啞鈴,加強塑身效果。成堂不停 Plie/Elevate 以為最攰係對腳?其實最攰係個core!因為唔收緊core其實仲難做。
