📖 小菱中文課『Folder分享』
🎯 目標：40個中文字＋注音拼音＋簡易中文注音作業
這個學期的中文課又如火如荼的展開囉！我實在是太熱血，為了讓小朋友們在家多多複習國字與寫作業，我這個學期又加了一些新花招，跟大家分享一下
📒首先，每個小朋友發一本『塑膠Folder』，裡面有三孔可以夾資料 https://amzn.to/30L4Wxz
🔖裡面我黏了一個 Ziploc Bag（Quart size拉鍊的）
🗓把課表印出來，一目瞭然
🏷這學期的字卡我也有規定要統一格式：
國字字卡正面：國字，背面：注音
注音字卡正面：注音，背面：圖片
這樣一來，孩子們才會強迫讀注音，不會一直認國字
📝這次作業我用了從臺灣買來的書影印給大家，6個筆畫以上的字我會用虛線寫一次，孩子們用描的就好了，重點是要她們知道筆畫順序（從左而右、從上而下）
📙最後一張就是『集貼紙換禮物』的表格：只要每天有複習字卡或是寫完功課就可以得到貼紙一枚，爸媽負責給貼紙＆簽名，只要達到👍的時候，就可以玩戳戳樂拿獎品喔！（所以只要每天花5分鐘複習字卡+寫左右就可以拿到7張貼紙）
🆓而且我的小獎品都是娜菱去參加生日趴、學校拿回來的goodie bags回收的小玩具，都不用買。其他媽媽也會貢獻一點，而且我發現小孩是very enjoy 那個「戳」的moment ，至於是什麼玩具也不是那麼重要了（反正也是玩幾天就不玩了😆）
🎁這個搓搓樂是我從台灣玩具批發店買回來，我故意買這種保麗龍底的搓搓樂，搓完後我可以把上面的紙撕掉，再重新放新的小玩具進去，然後用很薄的包裝紙再包起來，目前已經完第二輪了，小朋友愛死了❤️

【バナナとココナッツの濃厚シャーベット】
だんだん暑くなってきましたね。夏本番ももう間近です。冷房も欠かせないけど、冷たいお菓子も欠かせない時期に突入しました。
そこで、今回は暑さを吹き飛ばすひんやりスイーツを作りました。材料は、題名にあるバナナとココナッツミルクの二つ！たったこれだけで作る濃厚シャーベットです。
そして、もう一つのポイントは、ズボラすぎる最強に簡単な作り方も魅力です。
ジップロック又はポリ袋、ビニール袋など袋なら何でもOKですが、〝袋に材料を入れてモミモミするだけ〟という、手抜き大好きなズボラなわたしにピッタリのレシピなのです。
洗い物なしで美味しいスイーツができるなんて、かなりテンションあがりますよね！
砂糖を使用していないのに自然な甘みで優しくて、アッサリしているのにココナッツミルクの濃厚さが際立って、簡単なのにとても美味しくできます。
暑い夏には体に染み渡る絶品シャーベットに仕上がっていますので、ぜひお試しください。

【Banana and rich coconut sorbet】
It is getting hotter and faster. The summer performance is already near. Air conditioning is also indispensable, but cold sweets also entered the essential period.
Therefore, this time I made a cool sweet sweep away the heat. Materials are two, banana and coconut milk in the title! It is thick rich sherbet that makes it only by this.
And the other point is how to make it too simple, too simple. Anything is okay with bags such as ziploc or polybags, plastic bags, etc. But it's a perfect recipe for my favorite meal, just putting the ingredients in the bags and mommy.
It's pretty tensiony to have delicious sweets without washing!
Even though I am not using sugar, I am gentle with natural sweetness and I am asserating but the richness of coconut milk stands out and it makes it very delicious though easy.
Since it is finished in exquisite sorbet which spreads to body in hot summer, please try by all means.

Matcha Green Tea Oreo Cheesecake
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 45min + cooling time
Number of servings: 18×8cm (7x3inch) loaf pan
Ingredients:
200g (1 cup) cream cheese *room temperature
100ml whipping cream *room temperature
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg *room temperature
2 tbsp. Matcha green tea powder
9 OREO cookies
Directions:
1. Roughly crush OREOs in a Ziploc bag. *cheap bags would wound up with holes…
2. Place all ingredients at room temperature in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk until smooth.
3. Place half of the OREOs in a cake pan. Pour in the batter. Then top with the rest of the OREOs.
4. Bake at 180C (350F) for 30-40 minutes until slightly golden on top.
5. Leave to cool. Then put in the fridge until cold.
Round cake pan is OK of course!
