日本京都向來都帶著傳統簡約美學的優雅，至於京都的清酒，我覺得同樣有份幼滑清澈的簡約優雅。介紹了我於沁之料理的清酒晚宴中試了齊藤酒造的「英勳」清酒配不同的日本菜，包括「水天一碧」純米大吟釀。另一京都清酒品牌「彩都」亦進駐香港，試了四款彩都清酒，我非常喜歡它的彩都超級純米大吟釀（精米步合35%）。
I always find Kyoto is a very elegant city with traditional and minimal-style art. So are the sakes from Kyoto, they are also simple and elegant. I’ve introduced 2 different sakes from Kyoto, including "Saito"Eikun Suiten Ippeki Junmai Daiginjo that I tried from Sushi Love sake pairing dinner (which is more traditional style) and Saito Super Premium Junmai Daiginjo (which is more modern style).
