自從做左foodie之後, 經常出去飲飲食食,
放題、打邊爐、芝士拉絲、burger、食扒等等...通通都係我至愛
體重一年內增磅足足有20磅
近呢一年係屋企都會跟Youtube去跳30mins Cardio dance workout, 又間中去美容院做下減肥消脂機,
整體體重雖然跌左少少, 但偏偏想瘦嘅位置效果唔顯眼,

初初做真係好辛苦, 好彩有教練旁住, 每做一part休息1分鐘, 再push我,
