Happy Friday! Here's a simple overall body workout. I'm using a 5lb plate here but you can swap it for even a water bottle or book that is heavy enough for resistance. Your body is meant to be active, so give this a go next time if you're stuck at home or if you just want a quick sweat while on holiday. :) No excuse! Small exercises are better than none. Do the following.
5 sets : Work 30s : Rest 10s

Let's fly. Sometimes you have to make do with what you have. Since I didn't have aback extension machine a bench will do. The muscles of of your lower back and mid back support your posture.
One thing i always ensure is to keep it in a straight line when I come up. I used to make the mistake of swinging and going over. But in my opinion I'd never hyper extend my back now, cause from what I read and if you think bout it, you are compressing your vertebral discs and over extending backward could cause the nerves that exit to have an undesired fate. Controlled movements at all time for safety and for better muscle growth 😁
