Just because it looks simple
Doesn’t mean it is easy. In yoga we focus so much on the “end pose,” the fancy poses, in inversions, or the backbends. But we often forget the more foundational #asana s are the tools to help us get to those #yogaeveryday #yogaphotography worthy poses.
To me, #revolvedhalfmoon (or #parivrttaardhachandrasana) is one of the most underrated asanas. It requires a great deal of leg strength and #corestrength to twist deeply, strong legs to stand steadily, open shoulders to lift the arm up and steady gaze and breath to balance. And yet it is crucial in giving us the preparation for #uttithahastapadangusthasana with a twist and a lot of inversions that involve a twist too.

肚臍想跑出來😳 (我把他壓回去)😜
骨盆疼痛的問題😬
這個禮拜去了舊金山,每一天不小心走了好幾公里上上下下。後來我的骨盆開始痛然後我們發現是因為我的身體現在有很多“relaxin hormone” (松弛激素??). 這個是幫助我們骨盆“松”一點所以比較好生。 但是現在是讓我的骨盆有一點太鬆了,位子可能也跑掉了。不知道你們有沒有同一個問題。 我自己覺得這幾個影片還滿有幫助- 你們可以試試看。 游泳也很爽! 哈哈:)

MY BELLY BUTTON is trying to poke out and become an outie (So, I've been gingerly trying to push it back in. 😉
I have the beginning of Symphysis pubis dysfunction (ie. pain in the groin when I try and walk uphill, climb stairs, or yes, try and balance on one leg while I put on underwear).
After some research, it looks like this is quite common and caused by my body releasing too much relaxin. Who would have ever thought that it would be BAD to be TOO relaxed. Shame we can't bottle this stuff up and sell it.
Anyway, hope you're not having the same kind of groin and pelvic pain I got (from climbing up and down the streets of San Francisco), but if you are, here are some videos I found quite helpful:
