Resistance bands offer a low impact solution to exercising and strengthening your shoulders.
Shoulders are the MOST movable joints in the human body, which makes them prone to possible injuries.
Keep the sharing shirt to you
The main three bones: the SCAPULA the CLAVICLE and the HUMERUS comprise the shoulder joint.
Muscles, tendons and ligaments keep your shoulders in a normal (stable) position.
You can perform these shoulder rehab exercises with bands as an addition to your normal training routine or as part of a workout, or a stand-alone dynamic stretching routine before you workout / warm up exercises.
By strengthening the muscles surrounding your shoulder joints you can prehab, rehab and prevent the chances of future injuries.
However, please consult your specialist doctor (NOT the normal doctor!) or physio therapist if you're experiencing the following symptoms.
1.extreme pain and deep aching
signs of swelling
2.difficulty raising your arms over your head
3.difficulty sleeping on your arm after injuring your shoulder

✔️聽說, 莎拉波娃 早期在長期爭戰有一些肩膀的傷害,藉由這個訓練讓肩膀回到健康的狀態,也因此命名它的名字當作動作名稱。
這個動作絕對是肩轉肌袖的訓練殺手,棘下肌以及小圓肌肉 的等長、向心以及離心的收縮。

Rumor has it that this exercise in particular helped REHAB and [P]REHAB her shoulder back to health, hence the aptly named “Sharapova” exercise.
It’s an absolute rotator cuff killer that hits the infraspinatus and teres minor isometrically, concentrically, and eccentrically.
如何執行:
HOW TO PERFORM:
* Keep your elbows and hands against the wall. Maintain tension in the theraband the ENTIRE TIME.
* As you move one arm up (right hand for example), ensure that your left hand is anchored and doesn’t move, this will isometrically challenge your left rotator cuff.
* As you move your right hand up, make sure to move in a curved “C” pattern. This allows you to eccentrically and then concentrically challenge the right rotator cuff.
* I like to shoot for 3 “in and outs” per side on the way up, and then 3 more on the way down. That’s 1 rep. I shoot for 5 reps before taking a break and boy, will you feel the burn!
* Note: A similar exercise (Castelein et al 2015) was found to decrease upper trapezius and pectoralis minor activation, while increasing middle trapezius, lower trapezius, and rhomboid activation.

五個旋轉肌強化運動:
1. 側躺外旋
2. Prone Y raise
3. Wall slide
4. Push-up plus
5. Sword draw
以上五個動作可以做1-2組,每組10-12下當作是練上身的熱身。
如果你肩膊問題比較嚴重的話,就每天都做一遍。
做這些動作是不應該有痛楚的。當然如果有什麼問題,
或是有急性痛症的話,就問問醫生或物理治療師的意見!
