#50HAHcircuit 3.0 well balance of cardio and strength.
Will need to take longer time to finish this. Don’t rush for timing. Every exercise do to the full range. If you do the squat, make sure you squat atleast hip down to knee level.
- 50 x Burpees (finish your burpee first before moving to the rest)
- 50 x Skiers hop (L+R count 1)
- 50 x Broad jump with back pedal
- 50 x Standing Oblique crunches (L -50, R -50)
- 50 x Squat twist (each squat count 1)
- 50 x Side to side shuffle with floor touch ( 1 floor touch count 1)
- 50 x Super man pull down (do it slow)
- 50 x Plank oblique side hop (each side count 1)
- 50 x Cross body toe touch crunches (L -50, R -50)
- 50 x Plank twist (L+R count1)
What is 50 HAH Circuit?
there is a total of 10 exercises, including this burpees. All 50 reps! Simple.
After your 50 burpees!
You can start this Circuit tomorrow.
- can take break when necessary
- suggestion: can break each 50 reps full circuit into 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10 , repeat the circuit for 5 rounds to make up to 50 reps each exercise, but don’t forget to write down, prevent lost count. For me I like to complete each exercises 50 reps, then move to the next exercise.
- I took break for broad jump, squat twist, superman pull down, plank oblique side hop. These few not easy to do nonstop. Do take break.
- only burpees don’t split into rounds.
- try to take minimal rest.

Two weeks has passed!
When I announced here on the thought of resuming this challenge 30th December 2020. Purely with the intention of wanting to encourage people to start workout and start some new challenge for themselves in 2021. And then, coming to the second week, here comes the MCO 2.0. I’m glad that many people have started on this challenge in these few days.
Let the energy spread, let the fun spread. I don’t know what I can do during this period of time. But I am dedicated and committed to support each and everyone to complete this challenge.
Not to proof to others, but to show ourselves that, when we don’t limit ourselves, many things are possible. And there are many ways to meet the end goal. Regardless how you do it, how fast or how slow, we all get to the end eventually.
Today, after my burpees, I did some glutes 🍑 workout. Simple 4 sets of 4 exercises. With dumbbells weighing 20-25 pounds. Reps 10-15.
Tomorrow #oalworkout live Saturday, we will be doing our CORE day! Using weight: one dumbbell will do. For those don’t have dumbbell, create your own weight. Recommended 2-5kg.
Do your 50 burpees before the workout! See ya!

Monday is chest day. Here’s a bodyweight Chest workout that you can do at home or anywhere. Focus on keeping your form slow and controlled for a good pump. Also, make sure your shoulders are in a good position for each of these movements.
1) Resistance bands flyes.
To pre-exhaust the chest first. Focus on the squeeze and tension on the chest.
2) Push-Up with resistance bands.
Visualize you’re trying to squeeze both thumbs together to get off from the floor. This will involve other muscle groups too like shoulders, triceps and the midsection but you should feel more chest burning now from the flyes pre-exhaust earlier.
3) Supported Single Arm Push-Up with resistance bands flyes.
This exercise will isolate each side of the chest and really pump up those pecs!

Repeat this circuit 5 times and do as many reps as you can with good form!

How to increase training intensity at home ?
Ohhhh nooo no equipment, no problem.
You are still able to increase the training intensity by doing some small changes at your workout routine.
I personally share some tips.
1. Decrease Rest Time
2. Do pause reps
3. Slow down the movement
4. Do more reps or even more set
在健身房的時候,最簡單增加訓練強度的方式就是增加重量!但就算不再健身房,還是有一些方法可以增強訓練量的!
讓我自己來分享其中一些!
1. 減少組間休息時間
2. 短停訓練(其實我不太知道這怎麼翻譯欸)有人願意幫忙嗎?😅
3. 放慢速度
