Prevention is better than cure. I been on a fitness journey to lower my bad LDL cholesterol 1.5 years ago with daily workout Walk At Home Power Walk only for 20 to 30 mins.

Intermittent Fasting of 16:8 to cut my intake food is cut down calories & exercising on an empty stomach to burn more excess fats in the body.

Results were excellent, lost 9 kg & my cholesterol reading went from HIGH to NORMAL range in less than a year.
