The Mooink : Burger Takeover with Chef Que Vinh Dang
After my not-so-satisfying experience last time, I was invited to a "preview" of this burger. On top of the regular beef patty sat another layer of crispy braised pork belly, caramelized onions and Sriracha cheddar sauce.
Very, very tasty, but also very messy. The Sriracha cheddar sauce was as Que said - kinda like Cheez Whiz - although it reminded me more of Velveeta with jalapenos. The pork belly was good, but there was too little of it and it wasn't crispy enough. A better balance between pork and beef would have been even better.
But yeah, I'd be much happier paying HKD 160 for this compared to the last one I got...

繼去年的雞肉和鬆餅洋芋片，一年一度Lay’s 大賽邀請全民創造最瘋狂的洋芋片口味！雖然目前尚不知道誰是最後的贏家，不過，這裡整理出一些超特別的口味，讓大家先聞香一下，等結果一公佈，我一定會第一時間和大家分享。
1. 墨西哥辣肉醬起司；2. 超下飯的酸甜雞；3. 意料之中的辣墨西哥捲餅；4. 可以直接拿去野餐的豬肉三明治；5. 國民食品Velveeta 起司+ Rotel辣椒蕃茄醬；6.異國風情的 Asiago起司醬配蒔蘿；7. 滑膩的烤大蒜鷹嘴豆泥；8.美式餐廳必備的朝鮮薊起司沾醬；9. 希臘風黃瓜優格醬；10. 煙燻牛排；11. 酒吧必點的啤酒起司濃湯；12. 不知道可不可以配生魚片的哇莎比醬油。

Today,I ate using only cheese with Kraft ( Kraft Heinz Foods Inc ) Velveeta Cheesy Skillets ( dinner with the Liquid Gold of VELVEETA ) and Minced meat ( Ground meat, meat that has been minced ) with milk to make a recipe called " One-Pot Creamy Beef Stroganoff " ( a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce ) that looks like pasta & Macaroni ( staple food of traditional Italian cuisine ), with 1Kg of soup, All that exceed 4Kg of pure weight, and thanks to the viewer for this precious gift . it was so delicious and tasty in unique way and easy in how to make , Never forget that with just a really simple ingredients ！！！
