It was a very sunny day but thankfully still a bit cooling (or that's just in my head?). My shoulders and lower body was stiff, the warm up helped. Wew shoulder dislocate workout was painful, I still have issues with doing bridge coz my lowerback tends to tense, it's ok on a good day.

Occasionally frustrated coz my body is still so weak 😤 I'll work on that on my free time. Class is always fun that I have to include that in my video 🤭🤭🤭
