回歸校正東京奧運的藝術層面，近幾個月國外的媒體或贊助廠商製作了幾支東奧賽事轉播的CM，都拍得非常有巧思，不僅充滿著藝術設計感，也融合日本文化新舊並存的特色。這系列都只在當地播出，沒有在日本國內放送。

另外忍不住想再說，關於奧運主場館，我個人依然最鍾愛的是札哈・哈蒂（Zaha Hadid）的原案。真的是超夢幻的建案。那個場館如果蓋成了，就會像首爾的東大門設計廣場一樣成為東京超未來的新地標吧。總之，整個東京奧運從札哈・哈蒂消失以後，就是場夢吧（笑）

最近的幾篇okapi專欄都會是讓大家能輕鬆煮、輕鬆解決一餐的菜餚，之前寫過紅酒燉牛肉與它的變化，這次則是一盤烤，同時烤雞與蔬菜，也讓蔬菜吸飽雞肉的汁液。

家庭料理的關鍵，不一定在於能在多短時間內上菜，而是步驟流程的簡化、親切常見的材料與放進鍋中或烤箱後，負責煮飯的人就能去忙其他事，讓煮食盡量輕省。
只用一個烤盤，同時烤雞腿肉與綜合蔬菜，徹底執行一盤烤，從準備到上菜大約一小時，但重點是雞肉與蔬菜在烤箱中的那四十分鐘，你可以去做其他事，不必守在爐前，所以實際上你只花了二十分鐘。平常的上班日，如果能在五點半的時候，抽個十五、二十分鐘去洗菜切菜醃肉並送進烤箱，這樣六點半一結束工作就能馬上吃了。

澆花
疫情爆發前幾星期去花市買了三盆香草植物，不是綠手指的我，養到現在只剩一盆薄荷還活著，義大利香芹與鼠尾草都離我而去。於是我每天早上醒來第一件事不是梳洗，而是為薄荷澆水，要是太陽太烈還得把它拿進屋內避暑，沒事經過它身旁也總要看個幾眼，晨昏定省，看著它還健康活著也能給我些許希望。

這堪稱每天最重要的事，我現在書買的少，雜誌買的卻是極多，特別是飲食相關的日本雜誌，可以得到國際飲食圈的重要情報，還有很多做菜的靈感。但也不是都看新雜誌，我會固定拿一疊舊刊出來翻，一本本一頁頁翻著，當時第一次看的時候的新奇感或驚訝感，會再次回來，重新有所得。

在同溫層一片追 Netflix 的時候，我倒是不常打開它。反而每天下午會打開 BBC Lifestyle 當背景，聽著好聽的英國腔，時不時轉頭看一眼上面的誘人料理或旅遊節目。這是最好的療癒，看這些節目讓我對遠方抱著期待，想像當疫情過去，我們要去東京看展覽、要去巴黎吃甜點、要去西班牙吃海鮮、要去……。
