What is 30? 40? 50? Or even 60?
Some people may say it’s cliche to say “age is just a number”
But I am telling you, age is truly just a number. I have been saying this before I started my fitness journey.
I never dress like my age. I dunno what is it suppose to dress like a 40 years old. It’s not because I wanna look young, but I just wear what I feel like wearing, and I am comfortable in.
So now that I am into fitness for 4 years plus, the more I don’t believe such saying “I’m old already can I workout ah? Can I do burpees?”
My answer will always be “why not?”
I have read and seen so many 60 years old people just started weight training and they are stronger and carrying heavier than I do now. So........ why not?
