Puding Sagu Gula Melaka Nur Qaseh 😍

Sagu:
1 cawan biji sagu warna putih
1 liter air
1 helai daun pandan - carik & simpul
Pewarna kegemaran
Jagung manis
Cara-Cara:
Rendam biji sagu lebih kurang setengah jam atau sehingga agak kembang sedikit. Kemudian toskan airnya.
Didihkan air bersama daun pandan dalam periuk. Setelah mendidih, masukkan sagu tadi dan masak sehingga sagu bertukar jernih. Tutup api dan biarkan seketika.
Toskan sagu dan lalukan dibawah air paip yang mengalir untuk buang kanji. Titiskan warna kegemaran dan kacau menggunakan garfu.
Tuangkan ke dalam acuan yang disukai. Masukkan dalam peti sejuk untuk disejukkan.
Air Gula:
1 ketul gula melaka
1/2 cawan gula pasir
1/2 cawan air
1 helai daun pandan - carik & simpul
Cara cara:
Satukan semua bahan. Masak hingga gula larut dan pekat kemudian tapis.
Kuah:
Susu cair; atau
Kuah susu kastard - resepi di bawah sekali
Cara Menghidang:
Keluarkan sagu dari acuan, masukkan dalam mangkuk. Tuang gula melaka dan susu cair. Letak sesudu jagung manis. Sedia untuk dinikmati. Sedap dimakan sejuk sejuk.
Kuah Susu Kastard

4 cawan air
3 sudu besar tepung kastard
Gula secukup rasa
1/2 sudu kecil garam
Cara cara:
Campurkan semua bahan diatas, masak sehingga semuanya larut. Sentiasa kacau hingga mendidih.
Kuah sedia digunakan untuk dimakan bersama puding sagu dan jagung manis.

Melaka Sugar Sago Pudding Nur Qaseh 😍

Sago:
1 cups of white sago seeds
1 litres of water
1 pieces of pandan leaves - looking & knot
Favorite dyes
Sweet corn
Ways:
Soak the sago seed for about half an hour or until it's slightly blooming. Then toss the water.
Boil water with pandan leaves in the pot. After boiling, put in the sago just now and cook until the sago changes clear. Close the fire and leave it for a while.
Put the sago and put the pipe under the water flowing to remove the kanji. Drop your favorite color and stir with a fork.
Pour it into the preferred reference. Put it in the fridge to cool down.
Sugar Water:
1 pieces of melaka sugar
1/2 cups of sand sugar
1/2 cups of water
1 pieces of pandan leaves - looking & knot
How to do:
Unite all ingredients. Cook until the sugar is late and thick then filter.
Gravy:
Liquid milk; or
Custard milk gravy - recipe below
How to Serve:
Remove sago from the mold, put it in the bowl. Pour Melaka sugar and liquid milk. Put a spoonful of sweet corn. Ready to enjoy. Nice to eat cold and cold.
Custard Milk Gravy

Ingredients:
1 cans of liquid milk
4 cups of water
3 tablespoons of custard flour
Sugar tastes enough
1/2 small spoons of salt
How to do:
Mix all the ingredients above, cook until it's late. Always disturbing until boiling.

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a super silky and rich dessert: Classic Petit Pot French Pudding (Crème Au Chocolat).
If you're looking for a delicious and super easy chocolate dessert, or you are searching for a way to use up your egg yolk, then you must try this recipe. We recommend this french pudding strongly, it’s really delicious, you'll be amazed how the simplest ingredients can make such a rich and creamy texture. By the way, it’s gluten-free.
This french pudding is rich, creamy and wonderful. The silky and rich texture is a little like chocolate mousse and chocolate custard. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving is the best way to enjoy it. A tasty addition is to top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnished with some chocolate shaving. This recipe’s idea is from French chef Joël Robuchon, but we’ve reduced the amount of sugar and added rum to make it more flavor. Hope you like. Enjoy. :)

How to make Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding
Here is the Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 5, we use 140ml pudding cup
✎ Ingredients
milk 150ml
whipping cream 200ml
70% bittersweet chocolate 100g
egg yolk 3
granulated sugar 60g
rum 5g
*You can garnish with whipped cream and shaving chocolate
✎ Instructions
1. Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
2. In a saucepan, slowly cook the whipping cream and milk over medium-low heat, and stir continuously until simmer but not boiling. Remove from heat.
3. Add chocolate chunks into the saucepan, stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add 3 egg yolks, sugar and rum ,whisk together until mixed well.
5. Pour 1/3 chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, gently whisk.
6. Slowly add the rest of the chocolate mixture while continuously whisking.
7. Sieve the mix into a jug. Then fill the pudding mixture to 2/3 height of the cup. It’s about 80ml.
8. Next, fill room temp water into the baking dish to the level of 1/2 of the height of the chocolate mixture.
9. Preheat the oven to 160C, bake for 35~40 minutes.
10. Once baked, carefully remove the cups from the baking dish. Let cool completely before covering with wrap and refrigerating.
11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving or overnight. For serving, you can top with whipped cream and chocolate shaving.
