But anyways, #throwback to when we enjoyed a little beach 🏝 , ☀️ and wind 🌬(for the kids only while the parents sweat under the sun 😜) last month with our new @decathlonsg 2 seconds tent shelter $40 only⛺️! Thanks for sending this over, can’t wait to bring the 3 siblings out to play again! Maybe can bring this to zoo, ya?

Did you know? The hubby and I met through sports back in university and that is why even after having kids, we still advocate fitness and try to keep fit as a family.

Besides going on walks, we also try to swim, jog, do yoga, cardio, zumba and dance workouts whenever we can. Thanks to @decathlonsg for launching the "Sports in Family" campaign, we are even more motivated to stay active even though we are mostly indoor these days.

Yup, we have always loved going to Decathlon as we get inspired just by looking at their extensive range of sports equipment. Remember how I bought Asher's bicycle when I was preggie and lugged it all the way home with the kids on the MRT? We also bought the kids' rollerblades, protective gear and some of our sports apparel there too.

Before the June holidays end, we are also trying out indoor camping and soft achery too! Woohoo! The kids have always been interested in archery but we have only done it when we go overseas. Now, we can enjoy all the fun even when we are at home, woohoo!

Exercise is such a fun and great way for families to bond and I hope we will keep it up for as long as we can. A family that works out together stays together!
