●お好みのパスタ：200g~300g(太すぎない方がオススメ)
●塩(パスタ茹でる用)
●ゆず：1個
●舞茸：1パック(お好み量)
●蓮根：約100g
●本だし：8g(お好みの和風だしでOK)
●醤油：大さじ1~2(味見をしてからお好みの濃さに調整してみてね)
●塩こしょう
●みりん：大さじ1
●お酒：大さじ2
●オリーブオイル
●鷹の爪(唐辛子)：お好み量
●にんにく：3欠
最後にお好みでブラックペッパー、パルミジャーノレッジャーノ(粉チーズでも勿論OK)

やみつき無限パスタ『ゆず香る蓮根と舞茸の創作和パスタ』を作りました。
まず食べる前から香りだけでもう美味しいです。
一口食べた瞬間、ゆずや茸の上品な風味が口いっぱいに拡がり
お肉が入っていないとは思えない深い旨味と
にんにくと少しピリっとした辛みがまた後引くやみつきな味になってます。
色んな食材の食感、味と香りが複雑に混ざりあったパスタはまさに無限に食べ続けたくなる
最高に美味しいやみつき無限パスタになってます。
お店でも味わえない唯一無二のパスタ料理を
是非ご家庭でも作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients] (Serves 2 to 3)
● Pasta of your choice: 200g~300g (not too thick is recommended)
● Salt (for boiling pasta)
● Yuzu: 1 piece
● Maitake mushrooms: 1 package (amount to taste)
● Lotus root: about 100g
● Bonito fish soup stock: 8g (you can use your favorite Japanese soup stock)
● Soy sauce: 1~2 tablespoons (taste and adjust the thickness to your liking)
● Salt and pepper
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Sake: 2 tablespoons
● Olive oil
● Red pepper: as desired
● Garlic: 3 cloves
Finally, black pepper and Parmigiano Reggiano (or cheese powder, of
course) to taste.

大好きな焼肉屋！神奈川県大和市『ホルモンセンター天狗家アスロード店』で分厚いカルビやハラミをお腹いっぱい頂きました！全国の美味しい焼肉店を食べ歩いてきましたが、その中でもこちらは質量共に文句なしのハイレベルで、コスパもとにかく素晴らしい！小田急線「桜ヶ丘駅」と「大和駅」の間に本店があり、大和駅から近い店舗が今回伺った「アスロード店」です。出てくるお肉すべてがとにかく分厚い！いつも頼むロースとカルビ、ハラミそれから今回はホルモンも注文！これがまた抜群の歯ごたえと旨味で大盛りご飯がガン進んでしまいます…！自分のペースで焼肉を頂く模様をどうぞご覧下さい!!

Yakiniku alone at your favorite yakiniku restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed thick ribs and skirt steak at "Hormon Center Tenguya Asroad Store" in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture! I've been eating delicious yakiniku restaurants all over the country, but among them, this one has a high level of mass and the cost performance is wonderful! The main store is located between "Sakuragaoka Station" and "Yamato Station" on the Odakyu Line, and the store near Yamato Station is the Asroad store I visited this time. All the meat that comes out is thick! I always order loin, ribs, skirt steak, and this time I always order desperate tankoro!
