"Dream Big, Believe It, Plan It, Execute!" - Wai Ching, World No. 5, Asia No. 1 Towerrunner.
Tomorrow I will be flying to Taipei and I will be competing in the following races. May 2019 is going to be the most important month for me due to all the high point factor races that going to determine my Towerrunning Ranking!
May 2019
1. 4th of May - Taipei 101 Run Up (2,046 steps, 390m Elevation Climb, 91 Floors) at Taipei, Taiwan. (Last year I came back 10th placing, this time I am aiming for podium and improve my timing of last year 12:25 min)
2. 11th of May - Redbull 400 Copper Perak (400m, 35-37° Incline, 600-800 steps, ~40 stories building) Ironwood, Michigan, US. (It will be my first try and I will give my best effort as I love hills!)
3. 14th of May - Empire State Building Run Up (1576 steps, 322m Elevation Climb, 86 Floors) at New York, US. (It started since 1978 and has been held annually since then. It's now their 41 Edition and I am happy to get invited to run this race! It's like the World Major Marathon where Marathoner want to take part in and this is for us Towerrunner)
4. 26th of May - ShenZhen PingAn Finance Centre International Vertical Marathon (3201 steps, 541m Elevation Climb, 116 Floors) at Shen Zhen, China. (I came back 8th last year, I was sick and not in good shape that time. I am looking forward for a revenge this time and improve my timing here and aiming for a podium as well!)
