想創造 #大理石花紋效果，但不太明顯。下次把黑色麵團份量改少一點，可能會更好看。I wanted to make a "marble swirl" loaf but the contrast of black and white swirl did not stand out as clearly as I expected. I will pay more attention the balance of these two doughs in order to get better swirl next time.
