Workout in the Park! 🌿🤸🏻♀️
Here’s a quick and easy workout you can do anywhere. Even though gyms are closed, we can still MOVE our body! I usually incorporate a few total body workout moves into my morning runs. Feel free to try these or add on!
** I am NOT a trainer. My form is far from perfect. I am a work in progress. I work out to be strong not to be skinny. I have no “goal weight” in mind. I would like to lose a bit of jiggle in my arms and replace with muscle tho. I share these workout vids with you to show you what works for me. I hope you find what works for you and stick to it.

Got another workout for you! 💪🏼💪🏼
Here’s how I work my upper body and arms when I can’t go to the gym. I got these resistance bands at Decathlon but u can use any kind you have or even free weights and modify the moves as you see fit. There are so many ways you can use body weight to train at home but these are 5 of my go-to moves.
I find women with strong toned arms sooooo sexy and am working towards getting leaner so u can see the definition in mine. Still a work in progress but thought I’d share this with you in case you needed some inspo to stay fit and active during lockdown.

Keeping your arms 💪🏼and body strong during pregnancy 🤰🏻Exercising during pregnancy has enormous benefits for both mom and 👶🏻 Such as having a healthier pregnancy, quicker delivery, easier recovery and increase 🧠 stimulation for baby.
But mommies, always discuss your workout with your doctor 👩🏻⚕️and get approval for your exercise. Also a professional personal trainer to monitor while you doing it. Listen to your body. Only do it if you are already regular basis on workout activity and used to that regime of workout. Do not start something new while pregnant just because you see other pregnant lady doing it. Intermediate & Advanced = 5 kg dumbbell (each and nothing heavier)
A 20-minute workout session with a pair of Dumbbell to strengthen the body and melt away more calories! This workout routine is suitable for both Men and Women. It can be done by every healthy individual, it doesn't really matter if you are fit or unfit.
For ladies, don't worry about the added resistance, this style of workout won't make you huge/muscular! This added resistance will shape you! And guys will enjoy benefits of lean muscle development (because man has a higher testosterone level).
