With its recent rapid development, Ho Chi Minh City has welcomed quite a number of foreign eateries and amongst the worth-visiting outlets, Pizza 4P's is definitely one of them. The Japanese-influenced Pizza joint offers a spectacular spread of Pizza, along with some Pasta choices but they are proud of their home-made Cheese. All Pizzas are made from scratch, including the dough. We had 3 types of Pizza- Margherita Pizza, 3 Cheese Pizza and Flower Pizza. The former 2 choices are their signature dishes but to our surprise, the Flower Pizza (meant for Vegetarians) stood out. It has Pumpkin Flowers, Leek Flowers, Onions etc, the greens provided a crunchy bite to the creamy-cheesy pie; everything amalgamated perfectly. But overall, the Pizzas were good and worth every penny spent.

Bangkok Foodies Review of Raw Dinner at About Eatery. Ok, so I may have eaten a partial bloody roast at the opening of Park Hyatt after the dinner, but I must say, I was really impressed with the Raw Diner at About Eatery. Being somewhat of a skeptic, my expectations were pretty low when it comes to Raw dining. Thankfully Chef Edo gave us all the opportunity to spin our heads around it with his contemporary twist. I feel in love with his version of Gazpachio, so incredibly fresh tasting with a beautiful balance of beans, herbs combined with the sweetness of tomato and just a hint of spice. Another surprise was the Bruschetta Cerignola, when watching the biscuits being prepared they looked awfully dry, and like they'd taste of a dense cardboard. Yet it was probably one of my favourite dishes of the lot. Chef Edo dressed this dish with Pistachio Spread, Dry Tomatoes and Cerignola Olives. The flavours were difficult to describe, but the combination was deeply savoury with complex textures, and a distinct Mediterranean flavour. I was a little disappointed with the lasagna, it presented well in a circular shape displaying creamy layers, however it was all a bit too mushy and same-same. I was much hoping it to be closer to a traditional lasagna with shaved layers of raw or pickled vegetables dripping in a rich tomato and eggplant sauce. And of course the dish before dessert came the raw cheese - Bangkok Vegan Cheese by BarefoodBangkok! You either swear by it or hate it, for me...I really enjoy it. Some types more than others. I was gutted to miss out on dessert as I had to run to catch the free-flow champagne (still suffering). I heard Amelia Stewart, the guest dessert chef, and also Edo, makes the most stunning raw desserts you would never guess it didn't spend time in an oven. *レシピ*(14.5cmのセルクル 1個分)
ボトムを作ります
1.お好みのクッキー 70gを細かく砕く。
2.(1)に溶かした無塩バター 55gを入れ混ぜる。(私はバターが多過ぎたかなと思います。加減して減らしてみてください。)
3.オーブンペーパーを敷き込んだ型に(2)を敷き詰める。型は100円ショップ『セリア』で買いました。冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。
レアチーズケーキ生地を作ります
4.水 45gに粉ゼラチン 15gを振り入れ、湿らせておく。
5.室温に戻しておいたクリームチーズ 200gをボウルに入れなめらかにする。
6.砂糖 60gを入れ混ぜる。
7.無糖ヨーグルト 100gを入れ混ぜる。
8.600wの電子レンジで(4)を30秒ほど加熱しゼラチンを溶かす。
9.(7)を混ぜながら(8)を加える。
10.(9)を混ぜながらレモン汁 15gを加える。
11.(3)に(10)を流し入れ、表面を平らにする。
12.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
13.型から取り出し、温めたナイフで切り分ける。
14.表面にグラニュー糖を振りかけ、バーナーで炙る。
15.でけた。
ほんのり温かく、とろっとそれでいて香ばしさもあって、うん、おいしいです。

I made a grilled cheesecake, which is eaten by grilling it just before serving.
It is a new type of cheesecake where you can see and hide various types of cheesecake, such as no-bake cheesecake and basque cheesecake, depending on how it is grilled.
I hope you will experience the warm, thick texture.
* Recipe * (for one 14.5 cm cercle)
Make the bottom.
1.Crush 70g of your favorite cookie into small pieces.
2.Add 55g of melted unsalted butter to (1) and mix.(I think there was too much butter. Try reducing it.)
3.Spread (2) on the mold with baking paper. I bought the mold at the 100-yen shop "Seria". Keep it chilled in the refrigerator.
Make no-bake cheesecake dough.
4.Sprinkle 15g of powdered gelatin into 45g of water and keep it moist.
5.Put 200g of cream cheese that has been warmed to room temperature in a bowl and make it smooth.
6.Add 60g of sugar and mix.
7.Add 100g of unsweetened yogurt and mix.
8.Heat (4) in a 600w microwave oven for about 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.
9.Add (8) while mixing (7).
10.Add 15g of lemon juice while mixing (9).
11.Pour (10) into (3) and flatten the surface.
12.Refrigerate and harden.
13.Remove from mold and cut with a warm knife.
14.Sprinkle granulated sugar on the surface and grill with a burner.
15.Done.
It's slightly warm, thick, and fragrant, and yes, it's delicious.

牛油 1 tbsp, 煙肉,迷迭香,胡椒粉,巴馬臣芝士,辣椒粉,番茜
做法:
1. 將蛋黃醬,蒜蓉,芥末籽醬,蜜糖拌勻
2. 在一根粟米上塗上蒜蓉蛋黃醬,其餘兩根塗上牛油,用170℃焗 20分鐘
3. 煎煙肉,在其中一根牛油粟米上灑上煙肉,迷迭香,胡椒粉
4. 在剩下一根牛油粟米上灑上巴馬臣芝士,辣椒粉
5. 在蒜蓉蛋黃粟米上灑上番茜

3 Corn,
- Parmesan Cheese Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Melted Butter, 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder, 1 Pinch Kayan Pepper Powder
- Bacon Herb Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Melted Butter, 2 Strip Bacon, 1 Stem Rosemary, 1 Pinch Pepper
- Garlic Mayo Sauce: 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Minced Garlic, 2 Tsp Whole Grain Mustard, 2 Tsp Honey, 1 Pinch Parsely.
1. Combine Mayonnaise, Whole Grain Mustard, Honey, And Minced Garlic All Together.
2. Spread Garlic Mayo Sauce On Boiled Corn Evenly, And Melted Butter On Other Two Corn. Put Them In An Oven.
3. Crisply Cook A Minced Bacon.
4. Sprinkle Bacon Chip, Minced Rosemary And Pepper On Oven Cooked Corn.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese All Over Oven Cooked Corn And Sprinkle Of Kayan Pepper.
6. Sprinkle Parsley Powder Over Garlic Mayo Corn And Serve.
