It was my pleasure to join the dinner tasting to the new a la carte menu by @habituhongkong featuring an array of wellness dishes.

Entree with Mango Guacamole Nachos- cheddar, mozzarella, sour cream, fresh salsa, jalapeno, it was super Krispy and filled up my desire of eating chips 🍟

Then followed by my favourite dish
*Chopped Cauliflower - "zero" rice, porcini, assorted wild mushrooms, veg broth, truffle oil, love the idea of using cauliflower instead of rice 🍚 and it was perfectly cooked, the truffle favour stay on the tongue for while after and it felt so good.

Then a Beet Wellington made with cashew carrot cream, puffy pastry, baby carrots, sauteed spinach, pumpkin paste, organic quinoa, mashed truffle mushroom.

Lastly a Apple tart - puffy fuji apple tart, shortbread gelato, toffee crumble.
.
Such good value and satisfying dinner that if you want to try something healthy but tasty. You should give it a good.

第二次快閃台中，也是第二次來到Veganday，這次我把雜食家人也帶來了。記得當天下大雨，我們竟然去了高美濕地，傘被吹壞了，身體被淋濕了，沒有車子回市中心，超狼狽的 😅 幸好遇上了好心人載我們
累了一整天，我決定帶港媽港弟來到Veganday，大吃一頓美味純素料理，休息一下 🤣 在這裡，你會不小心點超多食物，因為每一樣都實在太好吃，家人最喜歡「松露白醬義大利麵」，別忘了最後點一個甜點喔~

I remember it was heavy rain on that day, we even went to the Gaomei wetland, the umbrella was broken, our body was wet, no car back to the city center 😅 Fortunately, a good person appeared to save us.
After a long day of exhaustion, I decided to bring my Kong Mum and Brother to Veganday, to have a delicious vegan meal, take a break. Here, you will accidentally order a lot of food, because everything is so delicious. My family likes the "Spaghetti with Truffle Oil" a lot, don't forget to order a dessert at the end~
