Day 65 without training in the gym.

Did I lose some gainz? Maybe, but that's ok. My goals from the past few years are no longer to look like a bodybuilder or a physique competitor. However, that doesn't mean that I should stop progressing, and that's why you still see some home bodybuilding workout stuffs like lifting water buckets in my live, feed, and stories.

Well, training with water buckets may not seem as effective compare with gym types of equipment (duh), but they still do a pretty good job in giving the muscles excellent resistance and pump! 💪

I miss going to the gym just as much like every gym rats does. But at the same time, I kinda start loving the workouts that I do at home. 💯
