100 g mushrooms

1 tsp Garam Masala, optional
1/8 tsp clove
1/4 tsp cinnamon
350 ml vegetable stock or water, plus more if needed

1 tsp 瑪莎拉, 非必要
1/8 tsp 丁香粉
1/4 tsp 肉桂粉
350 ml 蔬菜高湯或水, 視情況再添加
