This is my second time quarantine in Taiwan.
I used this diet routine to lose weights.
Also I shared how did I stay productive.
Hopefully can help everyone.

自從去年九月底回歐洲四個月
一開始健身房有開到後來健身房關閉
到聖誕節回立陶宛狂吃
以我的食量真的沒辦法不去健身房運動
每天開始吃垃圾食物
身體也越來越胖
拍照+照鏡子的次數也越來越少
我也完全不想po限時動態

這次回台灣靠著隔離
我有14天的時間可以改造自己
之後才有機會見家人朋友
當然要趕快抓緊時間減肥啦
飲食⬇️
我的減肥方法是都盡量吃原型食物
一天兩餐
因為時差都下午才起床吃所謂的早餐
早餐通常是水煮蛋、煎蛋+地瓜+無糖豆漿或無糖優酪乳
晚上八點多開始自己煮火鍋
在隔離期間煮過酸菜白肉鍋、羊肉爐、泡菜鍋、番茄鍋
期間只叫過一次外食,吃了大腸臭臭鍋XD回台灣還是忍不住嘛!
火鍋的配料都沒有加工食品,一堆青菜、肉、菇類等等
最後幾天有忍不住加了寬粉條,想說澱粉多少也要吃
而且我都吃超飽,沒有讓自己餓到

運動⬇️
運動的話我是幾乎每天都會做居家運動或是拉筋
沒有特別運動菜單
就是上YouTube 找影片
下半身都是自己練這樣

睡眠⬇️
時差完全調不妥
但是一定要讓自己睡夠6-8個小時
不然睡不到這個時間
就真的什麼都不想做了
睡多才能讓自己代謝變好
這點非常重要

體重變化⬇️
每天都有量體重,看看身體的變化如何
剛好第14天的隔離度過了某個停滯體重
是我這次回台灣最瘦的時候了
總共14天瘦了4公斤

我當然知道快速減肥是不好的
減得越快復胖越快
但回想起來自己也胖超快的XD
最重要的是維持
總之我相信之後可以上健身房、戶外運動等等
每天熱量消耗絕對會比現在多很多
希望這篇可以幫助到隔離或是想要兩週快速瘦身的人
切記熱量要吃夠唷!還有不要瘦到了自己想要的體重就開始狂吃

50g巧克力蛋白粉(可以使用你喜愛的品牌)
100ml 夏威夷豆奶
5g泡打粉
20g纖維粉
作法:
1⃣️把蛋、蛋白粉、纖維粉、泡打粉依序加入容器內並用打蛋器攪拌均勻。

✳️ Ingredients (Makes about 16 Servings):
50g chocolate protein powder
20g fiber powder
5g baking powder
100ml macadamia milk
2eggs
❇️ Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients + 100ml of macadamia milk
2. Pour the mixture in a glass bowl
3. Put in the steamer for about 20minutes
