2017年巴黎申奧期間，巴黎奧委會主席便邀請法國設計大師菲利浦史塔克（Philippe Starck）操刀概念獎牌，而這位設計鬼才確實也提出一款驚喜之作，融入「分享勝利喜悅」設計理念，獎牌可以一分為四，讓得獎選手可以分給生命中三位重要的人。

I was thinking today about how hectic both of our lives are, she is busy shooting for her tv drama and me juggling between my business, shooting, football training and gym. 自從生了第二個BB之後，待在家裡的時間變長，加上在餵人人奶，好容易肚餓，原本唔食零食嘅我都開始了零食人生🤣。
最近被我找到ㄧ款超正嘅小食，就係Marks and Spencer的Sea Salt and Pepper Twists，不要看它一根根像麵包棒ㄧ樣平淡無奇，你一但開始，真係停唔到口，一根接一根，嗰脆度又好正，又有好香黑椒味，實鹹味小食第一名。
係屋企湊兩件其實真係沒有#metime可言，不過都要偷下閒食幾餤好味嘅嘢！
不過唔係間間M&S 都有得買，想試嘅要找找，我係Festival Walk 又一城買到。
